Kouzina Scales Vasudev Adiga’s to 55 Virtual Kitchens in Bengaluru, Targets Threefold Growth
Kouzina Food Tech has expanded Vasudev Adiga’s, the established South Indian food brand, to 55 delivery-focused virtual kitchens across Bengaluru within a year of its acquisition. The company aims to expand the network threefold by December 2026, with a strategy centred on delivery operations, technology and partnerships with existing restaurant operators.
Expanding While Preserving Authentic Flavours
Despite its rapid expansion, Kouzina says it remains focused on preserving the familiar flavours and traditional Udupi recipes associated with Vasudev Adiga’s. The company attributes customer retention and repeat orders at active locations to consistent preparation methods, standardized operating procedures and the use of order-level performance data to improve service.
Shrikanth, Head of Business Development at Kouzina Food Tech, said the expansion demonstrates how an established culinary brand can grow through technology, disciplined operations and the right business partnerships. He also highlighted Bengaluru’s importance to the company’s expansion plans and its interest in working with more restaurant operators across the city.
Threefold Growth Target by December 2026
Kouzina has set an ambitious target to grow the virtual kitchen network to three times its current scale by December 2026. To support this plan, the company is inviting established restaurants and commercial kitchen operators in Bengaluru to incorporate the Vasudev Adiga’s menu into their existing licensed facilities.
The approach is designed to help partners access additional food delivery demand without the expense of establishing a separate standalone restaurant. By using existing kitchen infrastructure, participating operators may be able to introduce an additional brand and develop a new revenue stream alongside their current business.
Technology and Operational Support for Partners
Selected partners will receive support through Kouzina’s brand systems, standardized recipes, supply chain sourcing, packaging solutions, food delivery aggregator integrations, training and technology platforms. These services are intended to help maintain consistency across locations while enabling operators to manage delivery orders within their existing facilities.
Customer Experience Remains a Priority
Geetika Anand Gupta, Group Chief Marketing Officer at Kouzina Food Tech, attributed the brand’s growth to continued customer support for Vasudev Adiga’s traditional flavours. She said the company intends to keep customer feedback central to its decisions, protect the taste customers expect and improve the overall ordering experience.
With 55 virtual kitchens already operating in Bengaluru, Kouzina is looking to accelerate Vasudev Adiga’s expansion through partnerships and technology-led delivery operations, targeting threefold network growth by December 2026.
