The countdown has officially begun for the second edition of the Dash Bengaluru Half Marathon (DBHM), bringing together running enthusiasts from across the Silicon Valley on a single platform. Centered around the iconic Sri Kanteerava Stadium, the upcoming event highlights athletic performance, social awareness, and active community participation.
Organized in collaboration with the Bengaluru Runners Association, the marathon continues under its core banner, "For the Runners, By the Runners." Beginning at the Kanteerava Stadium, the course will stretch through Bengaluru’s bustling Central Business District (CBD), offering participants a blend of the city's heritage and modern urban pulse.
Adding a major boost to the edition, rising Indian women's cricket star and local icon Shreyanka Patil has been officially declared the event's brand ambassador. Organizers noted that her grit, sportsmanship, and dedication will serve as an inspiration to young participants.
Highlighting the event's vision, Manjunath N. Reddy, Founder and Chairman of the Dash Group, stated: "Running is not merely about covering distance; it embodies discipline, endurance, and the determination to move forward.
